A specialization in manufacturer product libraries

Product ranges bring their own challenges: dimensions, finishes, mounting arrangements, SKU logic, and technical data all need a clear structure. DG BIM works with manufacturers of lighting, furniture, and other building products to turn those choices into usable Revit families and Type Catalogs, or to improve an existing library.

BIM components as information assets

We treat Revit families as information assets, not just 3D objects. Each family is designed to contain the right level of geometry and data to support different stages of a project lifecycle, from early design to specification and documentation.

What working together looks like

You work directly with Diego on the scope, prototype, and review. We begin with your catalog, drawings, or source models and agree on a representative sample. The sample establishes the geometry, parameters, file format, and level of detail before production continues across the range.

Revit families are checked for behavior, graphical representation, and product information in a project context. For model optimization, file-size results are reviewed alongside the visible form. Deliverables, software versions, and any ongoing updates are agreed as part of the scope.
